12' wide x 24' deep, with a 10' x 10' insulated overhead door. Fourteen foot eave height to accommodate lifts in any stall and allow storage of two cars in one space.  Includes fluorescent lighting and electrical outlets. Automatic door operators and epoxy coated floors are available as options. Double spaces 24' x 24' and larger are also available.

NON-CLIMATE CONTROLLED SPACES

10' x 20' deep with an 8' x 8' door spaces have a 12' eave height. 12' x 24' deep with a 10' x 10' door spaces have a 14' eave height to allow for lifts and two car storage in one space.  All roofs and exterior walls in non-climate control buildings are insulated. Includes fluorescent lighting and electrical outlets . Automatic door operators and epoxy coated floors are options. Double spaces and larger are available.
